Where We Buy in Lubbock County
Twelve areas, each with what the county roll actually shows and what it means if you are selling there.

Pick your area
We buy houses across Lubbock County. These pages set out what the county appraisal roll actually shows for each part of it — how many homes there are, what they appraise at, how many are lived in by their owners, and how many are owned from out of state. The numbers differ enough between areas that they change what a sale looks like, so each area gets its own page rather than the same paragraph with the name swapped.
Why the area matters
Owner-occupancy is the number that changes a sale most. In Southwest Lubbock about seven in ten homes are lived in by their owner; in 79411 it is fewer than three in ten. A ZIP that is mostly rentals turns over differently, is in different condition, and needs a different conversation than one that is mostly families who have been there twenty years.
All figures come from the July 2026 Lubbock Central Appraisal District roll. They are appraised values, not sale prices. Texas is a non-disclosure state, so sale prices are not public record, and an appraisal-district value is not a market value.
